About | Vivid Vortex
Built by an Operator. For Operators.
Vivid Vortex helps service businesses capture the revenue that slips through the cracks — the missed calls, the slow follow-ups, the customers who quietly disappear. We do it with practical AI systems, built and managed by people who understand what it takes to run a real business — because we've done it.
Where Vivid Vortex Comes From
Before Vivid Vortex was about AI, it was about the trades.
Founder Joseph Ganczar spent more than twenty years in industrial construction — a Red Seal ironworker, welder, and structural steel fitter who built things that had to hold.
On those job sites he learned something that shaped everything that came after: the difference between a business that grows and one that just grinds isn't talent or effort. It's systems. The crews that win are the ones where nothing falls through the cracks.
When he looked closely at how local service businesses actually operate — contractors, clinics, dealerships, funeral homes — he saw the same thing everywhere. Good operators, doing real work, quietly losing revenue in the gaps: the call no one could answer, the quote no one followed up on, the customer no one brought back. Not because they were careless — because they were busy doing the work.
Vivid Vortex exists to close those gaps.
What We Stand For
There's a lot of noise in the AI and marketing world right now — big promises, guaranteed results, false urgency, hype. We don't do any of that. We built Vivid Vortex on a different set of rules:
-
Trust is earned, not advertised.
-
We sell systems, not hype — no income guarantees, no pressure, no magic.
-
We measure what we recover. If a system isn't making you money, we'll tell you.
-
We build around how you actually run — not how a software company wishes you ran.
-
We tell you the truth, even when it costs us the sale.
That last one matters most. If an audit shows you don't have a problem worth fixing, we'll say so. We'd rather lose a sale than sell you something you don't need. That's the standard, and we hold to it.
Who We Work With
We work with seven kinds of businesses that have more in common than it might seem: home services contractors, real estate brokerages, hospitality and seasonal businesses, veterinary and healthcare clinics, dental practices, funeral homes and death care providers, and auto dealerships.
What ties them together? Every one is built on real work and earned trust. None of their owners got into business to chase missed calls or manage follow-up spreadsheets. And every one of them loses something valuable in the same place — the moment between a person reaching out and the work getting done.
Whether that's a homeowner with a burst pipe, a family who has just lost someone, a patient overdue for care, or a buyer ready to sign, we make sure your business is there to respond, follow through, and stay connected.
How We Work
We start by finding the leak, not by selling the fix. Every engagement begins with an audit — a clear look at where your business is losing revenue and what it's costing you. Only then do we recommend anything.
When we do build, we build around your business: your phone, your booking system, your team, your voice. The system runs inside the tools you already use, so there's nothing new for your people to learn. And we don't disappear after install — we manage it, measure it, and tune it as you grow.
We're local. We're accountable. And we're a phone call away.
Going Above and Beyond
“Above and beyond” is an easy thing to put on a website and a hard thing to actually do. For us it means a few specific things.
We do the work most agencies hand off or skip — the careful setup, the follow-up workflows, the ongoing optimization. We hold ourselves to the outcome, not just the deliverable. And we treat your business with the same seriousness we'd treat our own, because we have run our own, and we know exactly what's at stake when revenue leaks and no one is watching.
We're not the cheapest, and we're not trying to be. We're trying to be the partner you'd recommend to someone you respect.
